Heath Boeke, our CEO, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in growing credit union-based insurance agencies. Before founding NCUIA, Heath served as the President of Insurance at GreenState Credit Union, where he led the agency to sustained growth—averaging over 25% annually during his six-year tenure. Driven by a passion for helping credit unions enhance their non-interest income while staying true to their cooperative mission, Heath launched the National Credit Union Insurance Alliance to empower credit unions across the country with the tools, support, and strategy needed to succeed in the independent insurance space.

Cyrus Jaffery, Co-Founder of NCUIA, is a passionate leader in the insurance and Insure-Tech space with a track record of building innovative and fast-growing agencies. He is the founder and CEO of Quotamation, CJ Insurance Group, and Jaffery Insurance, and he has co-founded several other successful ventures in the industry. With a strong focus on growth and innovation, Cyrus has built one of the country's fastest organically grown personal lines agencies. He also hosts the Insurance Producers Podcast and is deeply committed to giving back through philanthropic efforts, including serving on the board of Ava’s Army to support pediatric leukemia research.
